A leaked statement from Warner Bros has said that Rachel Weisz is in the playing field to play Catwoman in the next Batman movie.
How much faith we should put in this i don't know as both the Nolan brothers (director and writer) have said that neither Penguin or Catwoman would be in it.
But maybe this picture changed their minds.
