The quite brilliant Zombies of Mass Destruction has been given a writer to forward the previously optioned project. Dirk Blackman, who wrote the vikins vs aliens Outlander and co-created the Underworld movies is the scribe of choice.
ZMD is a comic about genetically engineered photosensitive zombies dropped into war zones by the US to eat, spread and cause devastation until daybreak when the sunlight crembles them to dust.
Obviously it all goes wrong and the zombie army continues to grow.
I can't wait.
