Rush Hour director Brett Ratner is no longer attached to direct the new version of Conan say the producers. Ratner was ready to direct but the timing cannot match up apparently. Read into this what you will but i've just read that
James McTeigue (director of V for Vendetta and former AD fo the Wachowski brothers) is now ready to direct the film.
Filming of Conan starts in August this year.
