Batman on Film has posted that a longtime source has told them that Warner plan to finalise plans for the third Batman movie and announce it sometime next year. The also posted that if Christopher Nolan (who is currently finishing his sci-fi opus (Inception) doesn't commit to Batman 3 in 2010 then it is unlikely that he will at all.
