David Fincher (Se7en), Gore Verbinski (Pirate of the Carribean) and Zak Snyder (300) are 3 of the directors so far signed on to film to sci fi vignette piece Heavy Metal, a long mooted film which recently stepped out of development hell. Now James Cameron has signed on to both direct one segment and produce the whole film.
Heavy Metal will be a series of films all interlinked by one main them (think Sin City) and with those four directors alone it should be an absolute must see.
